Went to Tri-Skate Today!

Went up today just to burn off the winter jitterz! Prety Happy with the pick ups. Last year the car would run 11.0 after 11.0 on the motor and first pass out of the year it went 10.6 right off the trailor. We tried to spray it and skated around untill the 1000ft marker and i lifted and still went 9.62@140.. Im hoping that when we can get to a good track and fine tune the spray should be hooken and booken. I highley recomend not going to Tri-Skate with anything faster then a 10 second car if your trying to really skoot! Seems thats all that track can handle. Jacob S took a Few pics. I thought i braught the wheels up prety decent on the motor.

Its a shame that they dont put more effort into TriState, Its such a nice facility, if it was in the hands of the right people that track would be awsome.

Nice times!!! I've been saying it the last few years, that track sucks!! Make the drive to Cordova it's worth the extra miles you have to go...

BYRON...We had a blast there last year and was hooking like glue, Cordova Sat. May 1st, so mark your schedule.

Lookin good guys! I have raced at tristate maybe 3 times in the last 3 or 4 years and every time the track sucked and my car usually hooks everywhere. Not a huge fan of that place. Cedar Falls can be decent sometimes but when they dont payout what they're supposed to or run the classes they say they're going to that puts them on my shit list as well.

Yeah, I guess he tried to call me Friday night, but I didn't see the call.
I'll have to get up there sometime with you guys. I really want to see my truck in the 12's this year.

It was definately a pretty fun day...

I think I spun on every run but one... and it felt like I took off like an old lady.

Finally got 12s though. My minimal tuning skills and some online help shaved 5 tenths off my ET from the ZZP tune.
Next Sunday we're heading back for the GTP/Thunderchicken Club Clash.
Gonna tune the turd this week and see how low in the 12s I can go!
