had someone offer me an early 70's Thunderbird with good running, lower mileage (like 80K IIRC) 460/C6... don't need anymore cars or motors/trans laying around so I am only going to get it if there is interest in this stuff... $500 for the engine and trans, it will be a COMPLETE, drop-in, ready to run setup. I can get videos of it running and all that good stuff too....
He also offered me an early 90's town car with 104K miles on it, this would be a 4.6L SOHC modular motor.... Same deal as above, I can get videos of it running and everything... JUST the engine on that one though, I'd be keeping the AOD trans and wiring... $350 for it
If I didn't just finally get the RX7 running right again (fucking clogged fuel filter LOL), I would be dropping the 460/C6 in that.
