Well, I know my buddy is willing to sell his civic daily.

But I doubt you'd want it - I know it wouldn't be your type of car lol.
Got decent mount of quarter rust on one side like all hondas.

It's like, a 95 5speed Ex with unknown miles.
Runs good and he keeps it in good shape.

The only issue I know of is the gauge cluster is funky(seems to not work until after about 10 minutes of driving), but I'm sure if a sale depended on it he'd fix it - although I think he said he just needs to find a whole new cluster and hasn't bothered as he's so used to driving those civics he knows what speed he's going depending on the RPMs

He wants to sell it for like $1,100. Has cruise / heat / stereo / power windows & locks / sunroof.

I just figured I'd throw it out there, it'd be a great daily and reliable but again, I'm not sure if you'd like it going from your Supra/Saab/Volvo lol.

hmm i want something wth under 130k miles as anything more is not going to be that reliable for 3 hours of driving a day.

1000 miles a week on a 40k doller car? sounds like throwing money out the window FAST!. also my work is not "clean" its on the dirty jobs list.

Wifes pos nissan/villager 3.0 minivan got 22.8 mpg, I could imagine a car getting a lot more. 3.0 sohc is a ok engine nothing special it keeps running. 174k here. Just a report in case you run across one. Tranny good also.

when all said and done will the little money you lose on putting miles on the volvo be greater then the cost of a new car, tax title and license, insurance....

the dirty part i could see why you wouldn't want the volvo for a work car lol

I just think you will be losing more money buying another car then just putting miles on you current car.
