George and I got some work done today on the TA, got some lines ran, bottle mounted, etc...gettin' our ducks in a row...the bottle is mounted where the spare tire goes with a harris speed works mount, got the blow down tube ran into the wheel well as well...i have the speaker mounted with push pins in place of the screws so i can pop off the speaker grill and pull the speaker out to open up the bottle quick, or the whole panel comes off really easy...not the most practical but its sleeperish..lmk what ya think, i dont post much of my shit on here but everyone knows about my car anyway so fuck it lol...

I hope you guys flipped the siphon tube inside the bottle, if you mount it upside down like that with the feed line coming out the top it won't get liquid nitrous. I'm sure you guys know better just thought id throw it out there!

I think one of the brands (can't remember which) doesn't let you move the siphon tube too. Might be NOS though. I remember having an issue like that a few years ago and had to buy the whole damn tube and valve. It's been a while though so details are sketchy.

Yeah I know nos doesn't have a fitting for the tube, might be able to rebend it though.. just make sure you know before you try to spray it

just curious, shouldnt the nozzle angle in towards the intake at all? will those welds on the edges hold the couplers alright? couldnt you have bead-rolled it?

Them welds were just a little bit of Lorenzo's love touch i think. There is no forced induction running threw that pipe at all its tuned on SD basically that just took place of the MAF so its prety much a intake pipe with nozel bung welded in. If it was a boosted car you would either want them welds to be solid all the way around or rolled the edges on the pipe.

shouldnt the nozzle be angled a bit though? i dont know, i'm asking; im far from a nitrous guru, but i would think youd want it at least slightly angled towards its intended target instead of just at the other side of the pipe.

if you look at a nozzle the fuel and nitirous does not come spraying out of the center of the nozzle, it actually sprays out the side of the nozzle, so you have to aim that opening at the intended target (throttle body)

Those welds hold up to 30 psi from a YSI supercharger on Big HP'S car just fine.... Lorenzo weld FTMFW!!!

not sure why you guys think we wouldnt have the nozzle pointing towards the throttle body? give us a little f*cking credit lol..

or, if youd actually open your fucking eyes and READ, i ASKED. i even said " i dont know, i am asking". i didnt point out what was wrong with the setup, merely inquired about it.
i dont know everything, but dont need to to see you're acting like a douche and looking for shit where there is none.
