So I managed to pick these up on a great deal :)

Need re-painted, that'll come this summer, but they still look pretty good!

Yea I got 245/45 on my stockers. The stock rims are nice. Wide and fairly light.

Yeah they're Evo 8's.

The tires came on them and they're in about perfect shape. Two of them have a little wear (they're from my friend's AWD converted FWD talon)
Can't see a need to replace them, although if I ever do it'll probably be something wider though.

Looks good either way though right now :)

Always wondered what those looked like on a 1g. Thought about getting a pair for my Talon when I had it. Don't look to bad =P

nice wheels. I'd def go with some more rubber all around. whats on it like 205 /45 or 215/40? If your going to paint them, I'd go matte black-semi gloss black ;)

part of me really hopes that he meant it was FWD and is not AWD, but i fear its not.

Nope, was AWD - now is FWD.

He hears it from us too, don't worry :P
Roll races are about all that happens here and he didn't want the AWD power loss + he has slicks anyway.

It's his car, and he's sure he'll still be able to hook - so we'll see :)

He didnt want the power loss so now he has to run slicks and roll race?

The kid is dumb! i would rather have less power and more traction then less traction and more power.... why didnt he use the money he spent converting to FWD to add a power mod and just make more power?
