So, this POS white trash mother fucker across the streets driving a white bravada always does a U turn right next to the cadillac. I have yelled at him a few times for it already and he has almost hit my more than once doing it. So I get up this morning and go to jump in, what do I find? The drivers side of the cadillac smashed with a shit ton of white paint rubs down the side. How high? oh, about the same height as the front bumper of an SUV, like say, a Bravada... Not like it starts all the way in the back and it is a gradual paint scrape or anything, big ass dent right in the middle fallowed buy a scrape and then just paint transfer.... Luckily the police showed up before I went over there and kept me from doing something really stupid. People these days are just unfuckingbelieveable!!

OH and on top of that. I went to ProTow yesterday to show him the judgement papers and everything. He is cool about it and says, OK, my insurance company will have to cut you a check so give it about a week or so. then Today I get something in the mail from the court house. They filed an appeal and now I have to go to court on the 23rd for it. WTF?!?!?

wow that sucks ball sack keith. did the police actually find this dumbass at fault on your car incident?

and it sucks even more that the towing company filed an appeal on you. youll win obviously, but its just their last stab at trying to get out of the cost

Not yet... I talked to the person across the street and she has no idea about any white vehicles at her house ever. Apparently her daughter is in Phase and Four Oaks and is on probation and she has people coming and going all the time. She said there is a white van/suv that drops her daughter off sometimes but she is never home so...

I have "forced insurance" or some shit like that on the cadillac now. Basically I didn't have it insured for like a month while it was parked so the finance company put full coverage in it themselves and then just added like $750~ to my loan to cover 18 months of that insurance. Claims adjuster is coming out withing the next 48 hours and it should be fixed within the next 14 business days they said. MUCH easier than when i had to fukkin deal with State Farm the last time! Not to mention as of right now I am would be paying like $120/mo for full coverage on that car so I am just going to keep the "forced insurance". I am sure the interest will add up a little but hell, $750 for their insurance compared to the $2160 I would be paying, I don't think the interest (12% I think) will add up to that... IDK...
BAD fukkin day! and I am suppose to be getting ready to start school on monday, I just got out of the hospital sunday, the thermostat in the cadillac is bad so I can't drive it as I have no time to fix it since I have Landon all the time, then D.S.S. fucked fucked me on my pistons so I had to pay Horn a few hundred extra to deck my block and mill my heads to get the compression ratio where I wanted it since apparently the custom pistons D.S.S. made for my gave me like 8.01:1 and not 8.5:1 like I told them I wanted. Then the other day I got pissed and punched out the windshield in my thunderbird so I have that to deal with and then the company I am suppose to be 50% owner of is going through some rough shit at the moment because the other owner is a dumbass and doesn't listen and just BLAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!

night pictures suck but... Wish they would have just totaled that car, I don't want something that has been patched up and repainted and shit, rear bumper was enough. This was a MINT car that I got from the original owner who bought it brand new in '98 (yeah, it's a '99)

Man you should of asked me before Keith... Middle class guys always get the shit... Trust me.... At least u don't have a 2 ft scar down your leg and chest. The list is lot longer see villager got sideswiped, bottom ball joints are shot and cv went out cause of the pos fkn roads. And I on a 10# weight limit. So u see not great here either not even counting the bills. Yea it sucks somebody fkd that car up...

I hear you, I am 24 (well, will be in may) and I have had a 20lb limit since I was 18. GIRD, IBS, Ulcers, esophageal erosion, and most recently I am having to get check for testicular cancer. I have just hit the tip of the iceburg so far. All in all I am alive and I have a GREAT son so I am doing better than I could be but. I don't drink, I don't smoke the only drug I have ever done is marijuana and I have probably only done that like 20-30 times my entire life. The rest of my family drinks like fish, smoke weed daily, are a good 100lb-200lb+ over weight and seem to be healthy as an ox.

Well as u see didn't make it tonight maybe do it again, I'll bring the bark dog over.. U know who she is... Well the fkn miles and pos roads did it in I guess. There goes my mod money for the cobra.. always same old story.... Being on a 10# limit kinda fks u over.... My boy in tenn. getting married in early april and Anita wants the van and dogs to go there... Sh-t no fast fun going there... It suks...That nissan 3.0 sohc will be panting hard.... Yea it's got 176k mi on it. A pos car design w +4k weight. Not exactly a great deal but u know that already..
