These trucks are a pain the butt to work on, 95 f350 turbo 7.3, decided to do some preventative maintenance while fixing a leaky oil cooler. Changed the glow plugs, all 64 injector O-rings, and glow plug harness's with connectors were burnt up. Last year I put on a down-pipe and it was probably the worst exhaust I have done "but it sounds cool" Heres some pictures of the injector O-rings that were burnt, and the shavings from a messed up water pump in the oil cooler. I just wanted to say how much I love diesels

yuck the ford's suck to work on. We did some turbo kits for some 200x 7.3 and 6.0L models. I'd hate to own one of them things.

Yeah I've talked to alot of people who own different brands of diesels and they all have their own problems, "the 6.0 ford more than any" but man you'd think with a big beast like this truck you wouldnt have the damn valve cover bolts tucked away where you cant see them. Just venting because I spent my last 3 nights in the driveway getting dirty as shit working on this thing, I just hope it works good when Im done!!

Lol, I watched a guy do a head gasket change on a 6.0 once. Said it was easier to just pull the cab off the chassis. Ended up taking just about as much time as it would have if he had left the cab on!
