Which Garage Floor coating?

I am curious what you all have experience with and your opinions.

I am re-doing my downstairs Theater room, and I have decided I am going to yank out the old carpet and do a nice floor coating. I am figuring black with silver/light flecks to give it a marble sort of look.

So what have you used/seen used and your opinions?
I have heard of U-coat it, Epoxy coat, I know Por-15 has stuff now.
What other ones are out there/ what's decent?

we used "u-coat it" in both garages and the basement. Awesome stuff!

How were the fumes when you did it in the basement? That's another one of my main concerns, being so cold outside I may not be able to have the whole house open for ventilation.

I don't remember having any windows open. We just did the basement about 5-6 weeks ago so I doubt we had too much stuff opened up.
