Joe, is that the stock vortech mounting bracket or something custom? Any problems with belt slip or anything like that? Still stock longblock right? Lots of the fast vette guys run YSI's also. Seems like a great recipe for low 9 high 8 second medium weight car.

Well I can tell you bore/stroke rod length on a dozen ford engines and how to fix/time over a hundred pieces of equipment at genmills. You get to 55 worry about your 401k, how to beat xyz street car with a turd and crappy driver....and keep the wife happy..

So it has a boss mod block then? I won't tell... :supz: That would be my choice for serious hd action w 3k hp capable.

I'm like you a ford guy but I'm not stupid... these days all brands have a good chance of winning. Ed and George made that true to me on a small budget. Even Dustin w that light duster. Or keger w that dsm. I want to see Johns stang perform, I'll give some you guys a heads up when we do the deed.
