I've always loved the 2 doors, as well as k5s. Same thing.

well shit...im stuck in a tight squeeze...heres the deal.. yukon has a gm replacement motor with 70k on it, and a rebuilt tranny with 10,000 on it. has a little bit of rust. and i can pry pick it up for 1200

where as the bronco, has 192,000 on all original motor/trans. and doesnt have much rust, but the rust that is on it is rot all the way through. but it also has a broken leaf spring hanger so it is literally trying to push the leaf spring thru the drivers rear floor. and also needs tires all the way aroundbut i can pick this up near 750..

you're comparing a relatively nice truck with a rebuilt motor to a more rusted, almost tripled milage, unroadworthy truck when the price difference is only $450? if the problems they've told you about are 192k miles, bad rust spots and structural rust damage, think of what they havent told you/dont know about yet...

That'd be a good choice. My dad is DEAD SET stuck on Ford Broncos for some reason and they all seem to be rusted in those areas. Not to mention every damn electrical thing goes wrong with them all the time. Windows, locks, radio, lights, you name it. Even if you're a Ford guy, you have to admit that when you compare the 2, the Yukon is definitely the better of the trucks.

yea both the drivers side and rear tailgate power window motors are shot in the bronco... my last bronco i replaced both door window motors, the the tailgate motor took a shit....no thanks haah

Don't forget the wonderful mechanism in the back door that won't let you open it if the window is down and how it always rusts to death and winds up making you rip the whole damn thing apart to "fix it". Not to mention it weighs a 500 pounds and requires steroids to lift back up.

yea i hate the bronco tailgates. especially when u need to remove the window motor. it is under such a huge spring, first time i did it, damn near cut my arm off...scared the crap out of me. so thats another thing the yukon has going for it. it has a mechanical release for the glass, the glass is on a hyd ram to lift it up and the tailgate goes down. wayy simpler that way
