Well here it is. Nice and simple. One v-band connection because I didn't have to ship the exhaust and he wanted the muffler right where the cat would be. Enjoy the pics!

yeah, im curious how different the car would sound with the muffler that much closer to the engine and all that tailpipe.

Can't wait to see what it sounds like. Good thing we got snow for the drive home.

Whats the weight savings on that?

From stock probably 50+ pounds. From your average stainless 3" system with ONE muffler, probably 20lbs. Most aftermarket exhausts however come with 2 mufflers, or one muffler with a few resonators...which makes it like a 30-40lb savings.

i like the smaller diameter tip out the back, looks very clean compared to the common 4"+ tips you see....

those tail lights look awful nice on there too ;)

yeah sounds good. and the tails look a whole lot better than stock for sure. hopefully I don't get pulled over.
I am happy the way the car is turning out. few more mods to come yet.

sounds incredibly similar to our old IE 1066, not a bad sound.

why is some of it polished and the tip isnt?

It's not polished piping. That's raw form of straight. The straight tubing comes mostly free of light scratches and markings because of how it is made. The bends however have markings from the mandrel machines. The back section after the exhaust hanger is a brushed finish. David liked the brushed look.
