Hey all. Just figured I'd give you all a quick update on me.
Got my first "post-grad" job yesterday. I was offered the Financial Analyst position at Alliant Energy. Very excited for the opportunity, especially since it is exactly what I went to school for. I'm sad to leave my Supervisor position at URrelay, but it is time to move on and do what I went to school for five years for.
It will also be nice to work a standard Monday-Friday day shift like most of the rest of society, and Alliant seems to be a great place to work from what I have gathered. Pay and benefits are just outstanding, and the people who interviewed me (the folks I'll be working with) just seem like they will be pleasant to work with.
I start sometime later this month (start date hasn't been negotiated yet). Very very excited!
