Got any pics of the APX motor? Gap dimensions?

coil gap is just over 10mm...

like 75.3mm pole piece and then 85.9 to the outside of the gap... ypu can get an APXX18 recone from Atomic for like $120... Basket was like $50...

it was originaly an APX18 and I was putting about 10Kw to it for burps and 4Kw rms daily and it took it fine for about 6 months. then I decided to barrow some more amps adn feed it 25Kw for burps, did 4 (3 second) burps awesome then decided to just lesee how long it would last on a 40hz tone, lasted about 15 seconds or so LOL...
