Not as bad as some I've seen, but definitely could use improvement. Floor is rotted through a little, like in the rear (foot area for rear seat if I remember right). Some rust near fenders, I'm sure some on bottom of doors and whatnot. I'm not much of a body guy though, so I'm not sure on how exactly to describe/rate it.
