looking for motorcycle mechanic

I own a 1989 Honda Rebel and its kinda a pos :Hangman: it was my starter bike that i got cheap from a friend. looking to do some minor repairs to keep it running. The rear tire wabbles and im not sure but from what iv herd its my bearing i am willing to pay labor but not willing to take it in to a professiona place thats gonna charge me more then i paid for the bike please let me know thanks
