Don't come on here much. Mostly a DS guy, but figured I'd see if anybody had any money on here either.

93 TA with 175k (yes, I know, it's high)
Automatic trans
Tan leather interior
Pretty clean for it's age and mileage. The car is stock and unmolested with the exception of the cat being deleted.

The bad:
Driver door has a crack that's easily repaired as well as the normal wear on the driver seat side bolster.

I'm only asking $3200 and for a small portion more, I'll throw in a NX Lightning series wet kit with a 15lb polished bottle, purge, and window switch.

I've seen this listed lately and keep thinking about it.

But for as much as I drive 175k mileage just kind of worries me.

I drive about 25-30k a year so yeah :P
The price is right in my alley though.
Has the trans ever been rebuilt?
iirc the 93's use the weaker autos from third gens

I don't know if the Trans has been rebuilt or not. I've not put too many miles on the car. Mainly on the weekends. Shifts hard and smooth still. I've had no problems with the drivetrain other than a bad oil level sensor. I took it out and cleaned it last oil change, but evidently the sensor is bad and needs replaced. I'll have that done for whoever buys it.

As far as the early 4th gens and trans, in theory, they are the same trans as a 700r4, but shift electronically instead of manually. The later 700R4s were referred also as a 4L60. When they came out with electronic solenoids, they just added the E. 4L60E.

You're more than welcome to look it over with a fine tooth comb. It's a good car and I'm pretty honest about any issues I've found. For the condition though, I think the price is right and I'm pretty firm on it. I'm not making any money, lets put it that way.

So does everything on this car work well? Power windows/locks & everything all strong - AC working - stuff like that?

Everything works great. I had to buy a new switch for the drivers side door lock when I got it and the drivers window needed those plastic tabs that suck the window in when it goes up fully that always break off. A/C I've never touched. It's already cold as a mofo. Mirrors, Locks, Windows, Hatch Release, all that stuff is fully functional. The only thing that doesn't (and it's the only one) is the stereo controls on the steering wheel. The last owner put in an aftermarket radio so if you wanted that stuff to work, you'd have to find a stock GM radio for it.

Where are you located? I can make a road trip this week if you're serious.

I wouldn't want you to do that yet.

I still am waiting to see if this guy is going to buy my Mustang.
I'll have to get the right amount for it too.

If he buys it for 4800 then I can afford it.
If he doesn't - I have a couple who'll probably buy it for 4300 in which case I'll probably have to find something cheaper.
