how in the holy hell do you expect to make 700hp with a D1 lt car? what kind of boost are you running? and what has it run in the 1/4 to be the fastest 6 speed in cr?

a d1 flows 1400 cfm 20+ psi it is not the d1 that will lack it is every thing else.........

the D1 does make 1400 cfm, but max boost is 32 psi , and will support 925 hp.

the engine is just a little 355, LT4 top end, very mild cam, and other stuff
The car has made 2 passes to date. A 11.05 , let off(crossed the center line!) and a 10.21@138 (all over the track!, booted off, got "the lecture") I'm pretty sure the car had more in it. Its my dads car and at the time he did not want a cage in this car, I think he is considering putting one in now and racing the car alot more.
We are making quite a few changes to the car right now, and like anything else it could take some time to get all the bugs out of it

that was on 20, it could have been a little more, lol.... the guage stops at 20 :biggrin:

after those runs we pullied back down it to about 15 for playing around on the street.
I'm trying to talk him into a "big" cam like mine to make crazy power, he might change cams(not sure yet) but he wants better diveability then what I have (mine only runs good at WOT), So i'm not sure how the cam thing will end up this time. And he likes thoses things like a/c, radio, pwr accessories etc...a true street car.
