I hope it is Zac, buying a house new or used is like a car, never know for sure if a winner or pos or avg. I like the garage, best I've ever had built 1980. Floor appears thick no cracks like where I'm at. 3.5# wall fiberglass, 1.0" polyiso w fiberglass and a wood floor on ceiling. Switched lights up there also. Supposed to have 2 sons, must of liked cars. Original owner I bought it from. Got a 200 amp service w 2 panels. Assessor says +1900 sq ft above on the house, 780 garage.

Funny here... my old garage up above evidently had a smoking den... mini christmas lights, a rug, had some posters, other things not mentioning I got rid of.

Ahem where are said racing stickers?
J/K looks like a really nice garage... somehow the word garage doesn't fit that building it seems like its too nice to call it a garage.

Ahem where are said racing stickers?
On the service door, edelbrock and holley I believe.
There's a tire rack and airline piping also. Some kind of security system.

D/d got a nice storage shed also for the bike, lawn stuff. So a lil more room for that stuff out of the way.
Outside pic maybe you can see stickers..

Just a heads up ppl, I talked to irs and the guy helped me fill out a 1040x and the 5405 form....

Even though I have sent in last yrs 1040, anyone doing this deal can admend their last yr taxes
to get the 8k credit in about 2/3 months. I downloaded both forms, called irs they have a special
section of ppl to help you if you want. It's a whole 2 pgs approx. No big deal w your already completed
1040 or 1040 shortforms. The 5405 form asks address and when you closed on the new house pretty much it.
There are some stipulations like income max., relatives, primary residence, and live there for 3 yrs w/o selling it.
Also november the 30th is the cutoff date to close on buying a house if you are thinking about it to get the
8k.

So if like me you plan on some house upgrades or car upgrades you can get your money sooner...

Drifte and Ricky and so on I want everybody to know the deal. I was on the cell prob 15 min then a guy came on and
told me what to do and how to fill it out. 8k is good for Joe Avg. Not many times a bone is tossed our way. Back in
the old days credit card interest and new car loan interest was deductible for joe avg. Now you have to own a home
then you can get a 2nd mortgage to buy a car and deduct the interest. There are also deductions for energy efficient items.
Not as good as a credit but better than nothing.

So I plan to look at furnace upgrades and hot water htr. A house is
like a car you are never done imo. W the scroll a/c compressors and 90+ furnaces etc. figure mo 93 gasoline for the 03.
I like driving it more than my slow 94 tbird.
