recently ordered a performabuilt trans and converter since i threw my stocker and have my old stall converter left here...i would DEFINITELY send it in to a converter company have have it cut and checked out because it is coming out of a blown trans....its a pretty loose converter, not sure on the STR of it but heres what the guy i bought it from said it was....

I just picked it up today from Advanced Torque Converter Services here in Lubbock, Texas. I had them overhaul the entire converter along with installing all new Heavy Duty Bearings, High Performance Clutches, Had all the fins re-tig welded and strengthened, as well as set the stall up to 3600.
I told them that this converter would need to withstand at least 700hp/700ftlbs, since I figured it would probably be going to the track/seeing some abuse! They told me no problem..."
looking for $200obo.....should be around 150 to get it refreshed somewhere and i think these are well over 600 new..thanks!
