BIKE DYNO!

anywhere close that has a bike dyno and knows how to tune the Power Comander PCIII?

My buddy wants to get his 636 tuned. He has a full titanium exhaust, K&N air filter, timing advance 4 degrees, velocity stacks. He wants a custom tune for his bike to get the most out of it.

do you know what they charge? im guessing Kill Vill will chime in. Im thinking about throughing my stock wrx turbo on my R6..... shouldnt cost too must to do.

600's rn't worth turboing... just get a liter bike...

yeah thats what everyone is saying, but a turbo on the 600 will put it up there with a 1000. I have the resources to do it and the turbo. It was just an idea. I think im going to get a bigger turbo for the WRX anyhow

175 buck from a tune for us. Id also recomend running it with and without the stacks because they sometime have ill effects on 600's. come down we will hook you up. As far as the whole turbo on your bike..... It will never hold enough boost safely to make it out run a liter bike period. You could buid it to hold it and at high boost it may outrun a 1000 but unreliable and expensive without much return from it. If you wanna have fun get a liter bike and make it look like a 600 :biggrin:

i dont know why drew isnt posting in here. He has a god damn log in and everything.

As for the turbo on my bike it was a random idea cuz i just have a little turbo sitting around and i would just need to run oil and coolent lines... then a tune but i dont think i will mess it. The stacks are a pain in the ass to do! OMG i hated putting those in. I will let him know about the price but he will probably go for for sure. I will let you know what day we are thinking. I'm pretty sure metro harley by westdale has a dyno. Otherwise they just like revving up bikes real loud in the back of the building.

I wasn't impressed with Metro's tuning on mine. I changed it after they were done with it.
