Lost my job yesterday, and need to make ends meet, so the talon is on the chop block...doubt ill get what i need out of it whole, so up it goes for a part out. runs/drives excellent as-is.
car has lots to offer such as,
lowering springs (no name)
full turbo back 3 inch apex-i n1 exhaust
poly motor/tranny mounts
act 2600 pressure plate, with new disc
eprom ecu with chip
tubular exhaust manifold
turbo xs manual boost controller
rebuilt 6 bolt bottom end with approximatly 15,000 miles on it.
arp head studs, with mls gasket
autometer gauges (boost/vac, oil pressure (electric and mechanical) and just straight boost)
brand new timing components (less than 200 miles on it all)
new water pump, same as t. components

extras:
6 bolt short block (pistons have gouges from timing belt breaking, and oil pump is locked up, other wise still turns over just fine)
recently rebuilt 6 bolt head (smashed valves from timing belt breaking, would be good core for rebuild)
2g maf set up, with k&n filter kit

much more that i cant think of off the top of my head. this is a running driving car with no problems except for a seal getting loose in the stock 14b. but other than that not a problem with it. there are 2 18's on one side, and 2 16's on the other...car was not driven like this...maybe .2 miles to get it into my back yard. is currently this way due to mis matched tires on stock 16's and going flat. threw the 2 18s on just to manuever around the house. have both full sets of wheels (18's and 16's) but have 2 flat tires on 16's and 1 broken 18.

those 18's would be pretty sweet on my car. but can the broken one be fixed? Or is it really bad? I actually have a full set of 18" tires too...

doubt the broken one can be fixed..it actually broke a whole spoke out of it

wow. sucks a lot those are pretty cool. Do you happen to know what size speakers are in the doors? Im looking for the factory 6.5" plastic speaker bracket.

Thats a nice car though, you should try to put stock parts back on and try to sell it whole. then sell any aftermarket stuff you have.

Oh, put the eprom on tuners, it will sell for sure.

i put 6.5's in the doors....but im keeping the stero stuff....but if u need those supprt brackets i could grab them for ya

200 obo...yes its socketed...has a burnt chip in it right now

well I was looking forward to our cruise this summer, but gotta do what ya gotta do. Whenever either of us gets a chance Ill take those speaker pods. IDK what their worth, but the only reason for you to take time to get em to me is for money. So we'll figure that out. BTW...what speakers are they?

im keeping all the stere/speakers...as i keep transfering them from vehicle to vehicle...but i have a nice set of stockers that were in this car, not blown or nothing haha

I know you want to keep the speakers. I was curious what you ran and how well they fit. I'd cruise with the mark. We'll have to talk to sac about a BBQ and getting local vendors out too.

Colton, You need the little speaker deals in the in the door? the plastic bowls?

Our local JY has a 94 down there that I could snag them out of it for you!

How far is Charles City from CR?

How long ago were the caps replaced in the ECU?
Charles city is about 30 minutes north of cedarfalls. if the speaker mounts/bowls can be had for $5 lemme know. What JY is this?

Island Auto, You can callt hem if you want. 563-264-3899. One they will probably tell you a super high price on the phone or two wont know what they hell you are talking about. There is only one DSM in there and its a 94 talon tsi FWD. 7bolt no Head, trans or wheels. I stole the ECU (eprom) but the block is there. The timing belt snapped at 55mph so the block could be slavageable.

I'm sure I could probably get them for $5 or free its just getting the time to go down there and get them. I live about 5 mins away from there and it takes me 1hr and 10 mins to get from my house to the CRIA.

Call them up tomarrow Colton and see what they want.

I'm still trying to find someone that is selling 16" wheels for my dsm. I want to get rid of the chrome ones and looking for some cheap silver 5 or 6 spoke wheels. I have been checking tirerack and egay but noting really caught my eye for cheap. I really dont want 17" wheels unless I can find some dirt cheap rims with tires.

got a job today..so i no longer need to part the car..but will sell my extra pieces i have, ie spare 6bolt motor...oil pump is locked up, and pistons were kissed by the valves...also have a 6bolt head...complete minus valve cover and thermostat housing and intake. valves kissed the pistons DUH, and have micellaneous other parts laying around

not to sounds like an ass but no its not socketed. A socket is something you have to do to get the eecu ready for another chip.

are you looking for some parts? send me an pm with price. Ican take the socket out of mine from dsmlink to get ito work

been gone for years now
