A Little tuning pull

well here is a test pull from yesterday. Low boost seting and it was in the 10 A/F ratio! Still sorting some stuff out from the new mods this year.

Turbo car vs a Nitrous V8... Big diff. 33psi is only 700hp on my setup. 40psi is even a totally diffrent car.

It's hard to really tell how hard it hits in the video. I was videoing that, and I was leaning against the seat the whole time just so the video would be smooth. You really have to prepare yourself when it hits boost.

Either way it's an awesome feeling riding in that car, even at 33psi!!

I thought about puting my stock CD player back in, I think it sounded better, and was a even better look.... Kinda hard to listen to music with a car that revs to almost 10K

I didnt know wal-mart sold kenwood cd players and audio doesnt make a car faster........ Jesse your car is sweet and pulls fucken hard for just being low boost man with high boost i bet it will be as fast or faster than a rocket all we will see is your tail lights looking like fire! awesome car

i said nothing about the sound of the stereo, i said the look... and yes walmart sells kenwood... kenwood isn't that top of the line buddy, infact it is pretty damn close to the bottom

Yeah no one really cares about his radio.. I thought my car was kinda a boring ride, nitrous car with tall gearing and a really tight torque converter, low compression. All that combined with a 2 speed trans kinda makes it a turd on the street without the nitrous on. Im sure Jesse's EVO would walk away from mine in a roll race since it makes almost 300 hp more than my car!! The car sounds nice and clean in that video though, are you running Q-16 or import fuel in that car? Smelled like it was oxygenated when you left at H+W

i think he is running Q-16 if i remember right.

Yes Q-16... Import Is 2x as much and I would not gain that much by switching to it. It also can eat away at a stock tank if you leave it in there!! I did a little pull leaving H@W on 380 that day... hit my boost cut I set at 40psi that day! lol

yes, i leave it in year round, not one problem with it. VP import on the other hand does some funky stuff, my gas tank is sealed though so could be why its ok in there, if it was not it would evaporate!

Boy I dont know Jesse, you might want to contact a VP rep about that. I heard it will go downhill pretty fast, and I would think you gotta have some type of vent on your fuel tank somewhere. I have heard of people with fuel cells just capping the vents and leaving till the next week but apparently even that is pushing it. I ran it last year for a couple weeks and that is definetly some nasty stuff, I like it!!
