Good numbers for tiny cams, they run same as mine a .391 lift 185 duration. But the heads are superior in every way stock (are ford gt heads). I like the comparison here w and w/o the s/c and in the june 5.0 mag they spin different gt500 s/c's on a blower dyno for hp drag numbers. The tvs number was of interest if you follow what a cj puts down approx.

Now cut the weight by 500# it'll fly. Amazing what 50 c.i. does w better heads on these vs a 4.6. Btw side note, the 2010 500's have knock sensors.. somehow they got them to work.

Now are my eyes working correctly, it made more power without the blower? I thought adding turbos on top of the blower was the hot thing now? I'm lost, damn fords...

The s/c no matter what uses power to make power, why I mentioned the blower dyno article. It was found a tvs at approx. 20# of boost consumed 147hp. In the article a kb 2.8h t/s only consumed 111 hp at 20#. My m112 takes a estimated 79hp to turn 6k at my boost pressure. However if you study the dyno graph from this vid you will see tq at 3k w the s/c + turbo vs +4k w just the turbo. That gt500 stock eaton on its own maybe might make 575whp at 17#. At 9# it's around 420 450 whp. Has nothing to do w fords btw. Just ford guys have tried it cause they have a s/c already.

Bottom line so far a t/s w turbos is the most efficent as far as s/c and turbos combo goes but still not quite what the turbo hp by themselves but area under the curve is greater w the combo. That remember was done on a ford gt w a 2.3l t/s and t/t. Depends if you like the feel of immediate boost or not at low rpms, using a 2 step etc. w a stick.

Was no way implying it was just a ford thing, just Hellion kind of got a trend going with that hell raiser setup. I understand why its that category of cars, with forged engines blower etc.
