See you guys do them, wondering what a price would be for a round one about 6 inch or so tall, with 2 -10 an fittings , and a spot to put a filter on top.

What can you make for a coolant over flow?

You tell me the length you want and the options and I'll make it. If you want a level, specify. Otherwise it will just be a 6" tall can with a universal mounting tab and inlet on the top with a drain at the bottom. The cost for the basic coolant overflow will be $65. Depending on the options the price varies from there.
