well if stock is 6+45 a 7.5 +0 is gonna be a hair over 2.5" further out. The pictures krumm posted are out 1/4" more than the 7.5 +0, so assuming your clearances are about what that is you're looking at running a 195/50 or so to get that much stretch on a 7.5" wheel. Keeping the same tire width, and adding 3.5* of camber isn't gonna get you anything more than looks. If you're gonna push the limits of outer clearance you might as well get a wider wheel in a higher offset so you can at least stretch a bigger tire and gain some contact patch.
