Saab repair

Anyone ever worked on a Saab 900? I found one with bent pushrod. That's what he thinks is wrong.

Would I have to pull the motor?

they are overhead cam, so there are no push rods.

I'm not totally sure. That's just what he told me. He rebuilds salvage cars too.

Maybe I can really lowball him?

I have worked on them and currently own one...whats wrong with the car? Does it not start, run rough or what?

Sounds shady if he "repairs cars" and tells you a push rod is bent on an over head cam engine. Again what does the car do?
