This is for my 2g. They have relaesed how to wire up the evo ecu to work. Which is ulitmately cheaper. Jesse i know you work with evos alot, have you used Ecuflash.

I have ECUflash for my Evo. It's not too difficult. It's much different then DSMlink though. Why don't you just get ecmlink v3 when it comes out?

Well, the idea right now was the DSMLINK is about 800 when your all said and done. A EVO ecu, and wiring,ECU Flash is just about maybe 400, at the most defitnally cheaper if you get a ECU for 50$. And who know when DSMLINK V3 will even be out.

V3 is supposed to be out in the next few weeks. Trust me, when it comes to user friendliness...DSMlink is WAY past Evoflash/EvoScan.

Im just trying to find a really good engine management thats not 800$, so the evo ecu would be alot cheaper. I wont have to do to much to the maps for it to work. But im hoping if I have a problem someone near might beable to help.
