Another ford gt tuned by torrie w a twin screw underdriven and twin turbo setup. Looks pretty impressive and maybe streetable. Heres a couple of dynojet runs. sae and smoothing at 5.

so what exactly would you do with that? Really impressive numbers, but unfortunately I doubt it will ever be able to utilize all that insane power. Damn dyno queens

One huge advantage on the ford gt is the engine location and look at curve one (w less s/c boost it appears). Looking at it at 3k it doesn't have much more wtq than a decent sprayed ls or like some cobras. So that tells me w decent tires of some sort it could hook up starting at 3k. I know tires were a big issue on these cars. According to the story it was gonna try standing mile. Evidently hoosier makes some r6 competition tires in P315/40ZR19, big brakes gotta have big rims. I think 18's will fit also. The front heavy vipers can do it so I think a decent chance. Ppl do try to drive around w 900 whp even around here. The real racer all out turbo v8 guys vary the boost off the line w a turbo it allows like multistage spray or a centrifugal s/c to ramp up the power. Talk to them sometime. Just takes $, which I don't have. Even Ryan or Mark Larsen drives power on the street. W their setups it is possible. Even Scott has a setup to dial it off the line or low rpms.

Just read. they are running a spec clutch...Thats awesome so am I, reassuring to hear.

idk if anyone else read the thread. Not a lot of info in their except its a super charged and turbo charged car, the supercharger gets the power on quicker but limits top end power....LIMITS TOP END POWER. So the goal was not dyno queen, it could have easily made more.
