Anyone get phone calls from this yet? I get them constantly as do soooo many others. ITs rediculous. And you cant call back and tell them to stop!


Just checking if anyone else gets them. Eventually here I will be in a situation where I can answer and tell them to knock it off!!

Yeah, I'm getting the same thing at least 2x a day. When I first started getting em I was like 'wtf... did I miss a payment' but now its just getting old. On a similar note I'm getting phone calls from a cell phone ca number- caller id says "Cell Phone CA- and when I answer theres like nobody there but if you stay on long enough its a recording.

Yea, today we tried answering two or 3 times and they hung up when we answered. Really annoying!

i googled the phone number and people are saying they're telemarketers for grants and things like that.

Can't you just have your phone company block that number, or you can block it on your phone?

its the national DO NOT CALL LIST. make sure you do it from the phone you want on the block list.

You have to keep in mind that if it is for non profit organizations and what no, they cannot be blocked. The National Do Not Call list exempts all non profits, schools, charities, etc. Things of those nature, yes sometimes even those companies that promise to help you get out of debt can be exempted from the list. Just keep that in mind, if you get a person, simply ask them to remove you from the list. Also, if you listen long enough some recordings will actually give you a prompt to remove you from the list.

So next time you try to yell at a telemarketer, hold back and simply ask them to remove you from the calling list. IF they call you again, thats when you get their business information and send it in. They have to remove you from the list if you ask, or they will be fined.

Sorry, I used to work at RuffaloCODY. Absolutely hated the place, made me want to shoot myself or go "postal" one day.

I'm starting to get annoyed at phone text messages too. And that costs me. At work we use nextel ptt, I'm even getting viagra ad text on those also, along w everybody at the plant getting them. Must be some computer interface setup to dial every id. It blows.
